would like it if it worked...

I bought this app a while back, but their support says they dont have a record of it and I dont see any option on the app store to even contact support. Starting to dislike apple more every day. I went ahead and downloaded the trial, ridiculously buggy, all around bad experience. When did work it sounded fine, but adding music to the library made my processor run 300% and would eventually stop responding. On restart the library was empty. Wasted more of my money in time than the cost of the app...
