Good Program, Freezes though

Bought the program about 20 minutes ago.. Plays my files rather well, easy to operate interface, mild customization, BUT I now found out what some people meant when they said it freezes. Ive had to force quit and restart the program twice now.. and Ive had it for 20 MINUTES.
