Great player… tech support, not so much.

Bought this app as a less bloated, yet better player than iTunes which it is. Really can’t get all of my music from iTunes to show up in Fidelia and tech support is a every fourth day reply to basic questions (actually entertaining) to make it seem like they are trying to resolve your issue. Great player, a bit tough to manage, a solid D- on tech support!
